# CMMS inventory that warns before parts run out

Each part is flagged at its minimum stock, and parts used on a work order come off stock.

## Low Stock flags at each part's minimum

Set a minimum for each part. At or below it, the part shows Low Stock, counts in Low Stock Items, and appears in the Low Stock Alert. Flag any part as critical.

## Know what each work order used

Technicians record the parts they use on the phone, and stock comes off when the work order is complete.
