# CMMS software pricing: pay for users or assets

Cloud-hosted CMMS at $99 a month for 10 users or 100 assets, and $10 for each extra user or 10 extra assets. You pay whichever count costs less, and people who only report issues are free. Billing

## What you pay and when

Every feature comes in the one Startup plan, and a team of 50 or more users gets that plan on the same terms. Our support team loads your spreadsheet free.<dl>

<dd>By users, the base price covers 10 users, and each extra user adds $10 a month, $8 on quarterly billing, or $7 on annual. By assets, it covers 100 assets, each 10 extra assets add the same, and each cycle you pay the lower total. A team of 25 with 600 assets pays $171 a month on annual billing: the $66 base plus 15 extra users at $7.
