| Check that each panel door opens fully. | Yes | |
| Keep electrical rooms with exposed live parts locked, and admit only authorised people. | Yes | |

| Keep doors and covers closed and secured, with all fasteners in place. | Yes | |
| Check that the dead front is intact and no live parts are exposed. Photograph any defect. | Yes | |
| Close unused openings: blanks where breakers are missing, and no open knockouts. Photograph any defect. | Yes | |
