What you pay and when
Every feature comes in the one Startup plan, and a team of 50 or more users gets that plan on the same terms. Our support team loads your spreadsheet free.

By users, the base price covers 10 users, and each extra user adds $10 a month, $8 on quarterly billing, or $7 on annual. By assets, it covers 100 assets, each 10 extra assets add the same, and each cycle you pay the lower total. A team of 25 with 600 assets pays $171 a month on annual billing: the $66 base plus 15 extra users at $7.

Questions teams ask before they pay
What happens when my trial ends?
Your card is charged for the Startup plan unless you cancel first. If you cancel, the same account moves to the free plan and keeps all its data.
What does the free plan cover?
Work orders, PM schedules, QR reporting, and the Android app, until you pass both of its counts. Parts tracking, procedures with photo proof, documents, and custom fields are on the Startup plan.
Does the Android app work without signal?
Yes. Work done at the job, photos included, syncs once the connection is back.
Do I need to download or install anything?
Only your technicians do: they install the Android app from Google Play.
Is there a desktop app?
No. Open app.fixahead.com in a browser on your computer, and its pages fit any screen.
