School maintenance software straight from the classroom

A teacher scans the room's QR code and reports with a photo, with no account. The request reaches your queue directly, not by email to the head custodian.

Show the work behind your budget

The location report lists work-order counts and average hours for each location. Export it for the board's staffing and budget decisions.

A location activity summary with one row per school, Marlow Ridge High School 3 work orders, Birch Hollow Middle School 2 and Westfield Elementary School 3, with hours worked and cost, and the Maintenance Cost, $468.80, split into labour and parts.

Schedule AHERA surveillance and summer PMs

Set each recurring PM on an asset or a tag, with its procedure and required photos. Central technicians close it on Android, and its signed report joins the school's record.

Give every school its own record

Place each campus, building, floor, and classroom in the location tree, with its assets and work history attached. When you pay by assets, all the district's technicians get logins.

How a six-school district would run it

Say your district has 3,900 students in six schools and a maintenance and operations team of five: a director, an HVAC technician, an electrician, a plumber, and a general maintenance technician. Each school, its buildings, and its classrooms sit in the location tree, and the team works one district queue.

  • Reports from your district only. List your email domain, and only people at it can report.
  • Each school's dashboard. Narrow work order status to one school and see what's open there.
  • Critical parts in stock. Flag the unit ventilator control valve as critical, and see when it runs low.
